Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, username), transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, trades), and usage data (pages visited, features used). We do not collect government-issued IDs, social security numbers, or biometric data.

We use your information to: provide and improve the Platform, process transactions and trades, send notifications about your account and trades, detect and prevent fraud and market manipulation, comply with applicable legal obligations, and communicate platform updates.

As a decentralized platform, certain transaction data is recorded on the Polygon blockchain and is publicly visible. This includes trade settlements and market resolutions. On-chain data cannot be deleted. Your email and username are not stored on-chain.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting and DDoS protection, and regular security audits. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure.

Probily uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web. We respect Do Not Track browser signals.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: service providers (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting), law enforcement when legally required, and fraud prevention services to protect the Platform.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data (except on-chain records), export your trade history via CSV, and opt out of non-essential communications.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Trade data is retained for regulatory compliance purposes. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Probily is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and data.

Probily is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
