Terms of Service

By accessing or using Probily (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Probily.

Probily is a decentralized prediction market platform where users can trade on the outcomes of real-world events. The Platform operates using smart contracts for transparent, on-chain settlement. Markets are priced between $0.00 and $1.00, representing the crowd's estimated probability of an event occurring.

To trade on Probily, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

All trades are executed through our automated market maker (AMM) system. Shares in the correct outcome are redeemable for $1.00 each upon market resolution. Incorrect shares become worthless. Market resolution is based on publicly verifiable outcomes from credible sources defined in each market's resolution rules.

Probily accepts deposits in USDC, ETH, BTC, SOL, BNB, and demo credits. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. The Platform does not charge trading fees during the beta period. Network fees for crypto transactions are the responsibility of the user.

Markets are resolved based on the resolution rules and sources specified at market creation. Resolution decisions are final. In the event of ambiguity, the resolution committee will make a determination based on the most credible available evidence. Voided markets result in full refunds to all participants.

You may not: manipulate market prices through wash trading, create markets designed to be irresolvable, use automated bots to gain unfair advantage, attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities, or access the Platform from jurisdictions where prediction market trading is prohibited.

Prediction market trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market prices reflect crowd consensus and may not accurately predict outcomes. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

All content, code, design, and trademarks on Probily are owned by Probily Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written permission. The embed widget may be used on third-party websites with proper attribution.

Probily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probily Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, trading losses, or system downtime.

Probily reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
